Facet’s SM100 Series synthetic separator cartridgesfeature a specially developed treated hydrophobicmedia provides improved separation of fine waterdrops compared to standard Teflon™ screen. Anultrasonically seamed double tube of the syntheticscreen is placed around an epoxy coated metalshell, then adhesive bonded to metal end capswith gaskets.
Facet SM100 Series separators have the distinctiveFacet Velocigard which provides balanced flow ofproduct throughout the cartridge. All metal componentsare treated to resist corrosion. Maximumrecommended operating temperature is 240°F.For compatibility in extreme operating conditions,other gasket, adhesive and metal materials areavailable.
